Confirmation classes are being offered at St. John's Church October through May for all students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades. We are presenting class in a new format this year and have seen wonderful results thus far. Our goal in the change was to build deeper relationships between the youth and to foster community at that level.

Confirmation also includes a "Junior High youth group"! We meet in the youth room downstairs at St. John's from 3:30 to 6:00 every Wednesday. The first hour (3:30-4:30) is "youth group" time. Students are free to enjoy ping-pong, fooseball, listening to music and playing pool and other "semi-structured" games during this time. From 4:30 to 6:00 will be viewed as "class" time, with structured teaching and break off groups. Snacks and drinks will be served during the evening. Look for any changes in this schedule to appear in Connections and to be emailed to all parents. If you are interested in having your student attend please contact Kathleen Garner.

High School Youth Group
The High School Youth meets at St. John's every Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8:30. We are exploring biblical principles while enjoying an evening of fun, food and fellowship. Our group is very relaxed and we look forward to newcomers coming to hang out for a while. Monthly excursions will take us to many new and exciting destinations, along with servant events to become active in our faith journeys.
